I’m sitting here working on some production notes and sending off emails and watching AMC and notice that coming up next (1pm pacific) Halloween 4 and 5 will be showing back to back… now I own these on DVD obviously, unedited and so on… but i’m SO intrigued to watch them on AMC.
Anyone else ever do that? I’m willing to cut work down, just to watch them, even though I have the ability to watch them whenever I please.
Maybe it’s just the AMC theme that reminds me so much of fall…
I know the feeling dude. Whenever something I like comes on I have to watch it. Even if I own it. It’s like an event.
Guys im the exact same way. Whenever they are on tv i will do anything so i can watch them. Especially H1. That is my favorite film to watch on tv.
I think it has to do with the fact that you know thousands of others are watching it at the same time. I’m the same way, when something is shown on TV (edited) I don’t care b/c I’m lazy and don’t have to pop in a DVD. It’s just convenient… and cool to know that so many others are enjoying it w/ you.
HIII is my absolute favorite to watch on AMC! 
I agree completely. I LOVE watching H3 on TV, in fact I think I can watch any Atkins movie on television.
It also reminds me of fall, and the spirit of Halloween.
Growing up I remember H4/H5 coming on during my pumpkin carving time.

Yeah now that you mention it. It does give the feeling of Halloween/Autumn.
I’m the same way man. Maybe the fact it takes a bit of time to pop in the dvd and wait for it too load rather than just to flip the channel and watch the movie. I have no clue man.

I think it’s fun to watch it on tv because of the cool “teasers” they do for the Halloween movies. I always love the ones AMC comes up with, classics!
Watching the Halloween movies on tv kind of gives you that nostalgic feel also and of course maybe we are hoping that somewere there is some tv scenes for H4 and H5 that hasn’t been let out yet. I always found it odd that H4 and H5 were the only two movies in the series that didn’t have alternate cuts floating around.
I have them on dvd but if I see them on tv its a must to watch them…lol crazy i guess
God, WIlbur looks like the stay puffed marshmellow man in some of these shots.

I also think that ists the fact that lots of other people are watching it ( if not they should be)
