Your favorite Halloween? And why?

Halloween II for me

  1. the mask
  2. DW
  3. the MUSIC
  4. hot tub scene!

I love them all except ressurection!

James

yeaaa that one is mighty crappy…along with the RZ’s

I gotta go with H1 & H2, I know alot consider this to be one movie.

Everything about these movies are great.

It just gets me t owed that they had to introduce new actors by putting them in a Halloween movie, and dude come on michael getting his but kicked by busta ???

I kinda see Halloween and Halloween 2 as one big movie. The others I don’t really care for. Except H3, I friggin love H3!

Yea, I love h2…Dick warlock and that mask is a nasty combination…and. when he scalpels the nurse right off her feet!! O yea awesome movie…and not to mention the blood tears scene…I love that part…hell I carry h2 with me in my car everyday lol

That pretty much sums it up for me too man

Halloween II for me as well

1)DW
2)Mask/blood tears scene :smiling_imp:
3)Hot ass Laurie Strode she got sexier on this one
4)Hot Tub scene :tonqe:

H1-The perfect movie,flawless
H2-Because DW rules and it had the best chicks. H2 is the Empire Strikes Back of the Halloween Franchise
H3-the ultimate mask movie

H1 & H2 all one night, one movie to me, the best

halloween 1 & 2.

1.mask
2.actors
3.music
4.behind the bush and michael having his eyes shot out and chase scenes!!

**1. Halloween I and II

  • The Mask
  • The Music
  • A True Halloween season feel to It
    *Great writing, simplistic yet effective.
    \
  1. Halloween IV
  • The Music
*GREAT Fall Intro to the movie
*The last really good entry in the franchise
    \
  1. Halloween III
*Ultimate “Mask” movie! (stole that from Kaizu because he stated it simply yet perfectly!)
    *Cochran and Atkins!
EXCELLENT Halloween season feel to it. You see this movie and you are READY for Halloween.
Atlhough no Michael appeared in this film the third installment of the franchise maintained a large portion of the feel of the first two movies.

If you asked me this question about a month ago I would say H1 in a heart beat, but right now it’s H2 all the way!

H-1…

The story, the creepy shaped mask, the atmosphere, the characters, the feeling and memories of terror, when I first watched it…
Just a perfect movie… :sunglasses: :sunglasses: :sunglasses: :sunglasses: :sunglasses: :sunglasses: :sunglasses: :sunglasses: :sunglasses: :sunglasses: :sunglasses:

I also see H1 & H2 as one movie - but if I gotta pick I’ll say the first one for several reasons.

For an abstract reason - maybe I’m the odd-man out, but I thought Nancy Loomis was HOT - it wouldn’t do for me to catch her stuck in the window like that

Damn it Bridge, I was thinking the same thing when I re-watched it this weekend! She was hot!

Halloween 1 and II are the same for me, although I have quite the affiliation with II as it was the first Halloween movie I saw when it premiered on TV in '85. Gave me the chills like no other! The twisted mask, and that MUSIC and seeing Michael on flames at the end, made me crawl up my chair to get away. FANTASTIC.

_I like which ever one is in the theater at the time…j/k

My favorite is H2…The reasons are limitless_

Yeah, Nancy Loomis was HOT in H1 but oh so cold in H2!

I like 1 & 2 simply because they both give me true feelings of Halloween! Of couse the mask plays a huge role in my decision but seriously, 1 & 2 gives me good ole vintage Halloween feelings that I can’t really describe. I’ll be watching the seamless version tonight thanks to a good buddy of mine

I’ve always preferred II over the original, to be honest. To me, HII was very much like the original, but it was just more upbeat and not as slow. (Not saying that’s a bad thing). But if I really had to pick a favorite, I’d say 6 is really high on the list. It’s always been a favorite of mine since I was very young and I will always remember watching it over and over again on pay-per-view when it was first released. It was the only time a brand new Halloween film was conveniently released to tv around the Halloween season, so it made it even more memorable.

H6 = one of my favorite halloween films = one of my favorite myers masks
