Ok, i was looking at a few 1975 kirk masks, and it looks like the eyebrows are painted brown under the hair. Is this true, Primes, and chans old mask looks to have brown eyebrows?
Thanks

These look pretty brown to me.
These are def brown

The first & third picture was Primo Marotto’s '75, I don’t think it was painted brown. Primo told me himself that he converted it in 1979 and he didn’t have a Halloween VHS at that time so he was unsure how it looked in the movie. He just painted it white & dyed the hair brown (including the eyebrows), he didn’t tear the sideburns or eyebrows off, and he didn’t even cut out the Kirk eyeholes until he got the Halloween VHS in 1980 and realized how the Hero looked in the movie. So, this is the reason why the eyebrows look brown because he painted the mask before he tore off the eyebrows. But, the second picture was Ken Hertlein’s '75 & it does seem like it was painted brown before applying the hair on it but it might be due to the glue residue. It’s a good question.
Thanks bro!
