Well, believe it or not, it was recently discovered that the coveralls used in Halloween 1978 were grey Sears tradewears coveralls. I believe you can find them on Ebay. If you can’t find those however, there are a few other very close options like Big Macs coveralls.
**Sears Work and Leisure in the color Grey was what the hero pair was. Problem is they are hard to find. A pair was up for sale on the Facebook group for a super low price of $40. Another super close pair would be vintage Sears Robucks. Pocket flap and stitching are almost exact these are slightly easier to find but still can be difficult.
Spruce red kaps are probably the most accurate h1 coveralls that are being produced now. Vintage coveralls will always beat new coveralls, but vintage coveralls in the right size can be hard to come by.
They were recently on eBay, actually. Picked them up several weeks ago. I’m afraid I’m just a bit too tall/wide in the shoulders to fit them like Castle. My friend, on the other hand, is built very similarly to Nick (in ‘78) and they fit him damn near perfectly.
I ended up getting spruce green red kaps, now all I need is boots but the only olive green jungle boots I can find are £50($60) on amazon, are they always this expensive?
