I was asked if I decided to go to “Horrorhound/MaskFest” if I would bring a disc of the “Halloween” Outtakes/Never Before Seen Footage that we gave to John Carpenter. I have decided, “IF” I go I will be bring a disc of the footage that I will show privately. Since, no one knows what I look like, I will look for certain members that have posted pics of themselves…Donnie (Mod extraordinaire The Boogeyman 1978) being the main guy!

I was just wondering, why hasn’t this footage ever been shown before? I don’t know much about the topic, but is there something that has prevented you from making the footage public in the past?
I think it’s great that some people are going to get to see this historic footage. You all are very lucky. With I could make the trip so I could see it as well.

Well, it costs a lot to transfer this footage; these are the original camera negatives/elements and it’s not like you can project these.
I keep getting asked how long is this footage and is this full 6 hours of footage that I have? I simply say, no. This is about 5 minutes of footage of certain scenes John Carpenter talked about it a book written on him in 2001; we found the exact footage he spoke about, transferred the footage and sent him a copy of it. The other 5 hours and 55 minutes of footage has yet to be transferred.
