actually these came yesterday but i didnt have time to post them. i recieved my 99 Shantner from HSS and since i bought his NMM78 my bud Jeremy “Samhain83” hooked me up with a flawed Hiro blank for cost of shipping, thanks again Jeremy!
anyway i planned on converting the 99 when i ordered it but now thats its here im kinda on the fence about it. i thought i’d share some pics with the gang and hear your opinions if you would convert it or not.
secondly, on the Hiro blank i have cut the neck, slit the mouth, cut out the nose holes, cut out the eyes, and smoothed out some spots with a dremmel ‘rotary tool’. now their were sculpted eyes in the Hiro but i went beyond that in places to make them alittle bigger to more suit my preference. any opinions on how i could better them, should i smooth them out with a dremmel or leave them kinda rough, how i could better my cuts next time, all opinions and comments are appreciated. thanks for looking guys.
