Just a quick question. Does the 2018 mask have a gloss or matte finish? Looking to seal my latex paint job but I’m relatively new to repainting latex, so I figured someone probably knew the correct answer here. From what I can tell, it looks glossy. Thoughts?

Matte. You don’t want to walk around with a shiny mask.
I don’t know for sure but I would say matte. That shiny look that gloss seals give seems like it’d kinda ruin the look.

Definitely matte, liquitex has a nice matte sealer that can be thinned down to an airbrushable consistency to dull down the finish. A light misting is all it takes. I think its around $15-16 a bottle from hobby lobby or michaels.
Can water be used to thin down Liquitex?
