You could get it (the Knife Wielder) yourself and convert it…but I wouldn’t spend any more money on it than that.

Just want to clear some things up. KNIFE WIELDERs are unique. No two KNIFE WIELDERs are the same. I cannot seem to say this enough! As for size, and fitment. By my estimation the HERO mask which the KNIFE WIELDER replicates was never a big, or even large fitting mask. My guess is that the mask here in question is about the same size as the HERO mask with the exception that it is also alittle bit thicker than the HERO mask which would make it fit alittle bit tighter. Now is this particular mask small? Maybe so. Maybe no. For me 22" is perfect. However I have a 22" head, and prefer my masks to fit to my face in the same way that the HERO fit the face of the actors wearing it. This mask is not cut to be worn yet, so I cannot confirm for sure how it will fit. It may fit a 23" head for all I know. However going on my experience with these masks I would guess by the thickness of this mask that it will fit a 22" perfectly.
The KNIFE WIELDER in general is not one size. I have KNIFE WIELDERs that will fit a 25" head loosely, and KNIFE WIELDERs that will fit a 20" head tightly. Every mask is different. This is the reason why I quit taking orders.
The defects with this pull are mostly textural. meening the nose, right cheek, and ears are rough or have rough spots. I spent alittle time on it with a dremel trying to clean some of it up, but never got it finnished.
