I came across this cool Picture from the 1978 Halloween wrap up Party. I have seen the cat in the hat picture with two Kirks and the band picture but never this Pic. I don’t know if it has ever been posted here but thought I would share. It’s Carpenters Band the Coupe De Villes. In this picture you have Tommy Lee Wallace, John Carpenter, and Nick Castle each wearing a 75 converted Kirk Mask playing at the Halloween Wrap Up Party in 1978. Enjoy!!!
Here’s Carpenter, Castle, and Wallace without the Myers Mask.
hey thats cool as hell!!!
One More pic.
Glad you like. I have seen a lot of Halloween pictures before but never these. I knew the true fans here would enjoy.

little did they know…
Awesome!! Thanks for posting!!
could we get the first pic zoomed in??
These pictures were Taken by Kim Gottleib. I know she has been on this board before. Kim or larry may have the original negatives.
I know this is really blurry, but here you go.
<---- The hero mask is so creepy!!!
i take it thats Nick without a guitar? even at that distance without the clarity it looks like the hero, probably because thats how we’re used to seeing it mostly in the film.
thanks for sharing these pics man.
soo cool thanks for sharing
Wait, now I know where Zombie snagged the “hoodie” idea for his halloween 2, look at Wallace, he’s wearing a hoodie over the mask!!
I KNEW it wasn’t an original idea!

So which one of these mask’s was the one Dick Warlock owned ? I’m sure they used these 3 masks throught the movie. I guess it’s a 1 out of 3 chance that Dick Warlock had the actual H1 Mask.
The mask that Nick Castle is wearing is the one that was used in H2.
I wonder what happened too the other two?, I guess they’re just waiting to be discovered.
One of them went on to do the Priceline commercials and the other played Denny Crane on Boston Legal.
Wow, those pictures are so cool, I’ve never seen these before either. Thanks for sharing! I absolutely love it when pictures like these make their way on here. Just out of curiosity, where did you happen to find these at?
