Well, technically, it’s 2 scores and something that I haven’t posted yet. So earlier today, I was serfing Ebay and found some good deals.

Yep, and the other thing is a pair of Carhartt X01 Coveralls. I’ve had it for about a week now, but today I washed it and cut out all of the red lining. I’m 6’0 and 170 pounds, so the pair I was suppose to get should have been the size 42 Tall, but I accidentally ordered a 40 Tall. Turns out it still fits, I just hope it didn’t shrink in the washer. :open_mouth: Anyway, I have a question. The material of the coveralls is very stiff and rough, and I heard stonewashing would get them weathered enough to feel comfortable. What’s the alternative to stonewashing? I don’t think my washer can handle volcanic rocks beating up my clothes. I’m crazy enough to go outside and rough up my clothes by throwing rocks at it, but there aren’t any over here. :stuck_out_tongue: Now I just need to go find a flannel jacket that looks somewhat like the pair Tyler Mane wore.

No help

Cut out the lining man they should feel more comfortable.

I did cut the lining, movement in them has gotten better, but it’s still a little stiff.

how about you get a cylindrical trash can, put the coveralls and some coarse gravel in it, spray it with water, duct tape the lid on, and roll it all over the place?

HAHAHA that would be a head turner

but do it wearing a myers mask
tee shirt, boxers, and boots

Hm…

Well to soften them up just wash them a bunch of times but you can expect shrinking when you do…Carhartts are known to shrink…Not sure of any alternatives to stone washing but I think its the best way to get that accurate look to the coveralls and get the right texture to them…Hell I guess you could always tie them to back of your car and take them for wild ride around your neighborhood LoL…Later guys

put the coveralls in a big old military style duffel bag with the stones and wash them, it produces the same results, and wont tear up you washing machine.

well if u stone wash em and hang dry them will they still shrink ?

There is always gonna be some shrinkage.

ya i figured that but not as much when u hang dry em ?

Yes

ok good lol i hate when stuff shrinks cant stand it :smiling_imp:
