35th Anniversary Convention?

I hear that Sean Clark might be planning one next year. So what do you guys think? If it does happen who might go? :smiley:

I asked him about it last year and he kept it very ā€œhush-hushā€. I imagine that it will come to fruition. I think Akkad wanted to move it out of Pasadena which would be a huge mistake. I think thatā€™s the best part of the convention, youā€™re in the heart of Haddonfield and you get to tour the filming locations. If they do get it going iā€™ll bet Carpenter and Castle will definitely be there. Iā€™m also banking on Jamie Lee Curtis as well, as she turned up for that foundation that Akkad supported back in October. Iā€™m keeping my fingers crossed!

Depends on where it is. If its within a few hours of where Im at Iā€™ll go.

They better not move it out of Pasadena that would be terrible! Having the opportunity to jump on the bus tour or drive down the streets yourself to see the filming locations is priceless add all that to the convention experience and it canā€™t be beat!

I had a blast at the 30th convention with Geoff, Donnie, Todd and Carlos who took me under their wing to hang out with during the convention. Great memories and would do it all over again next year!

I would absolutely go. Always been bummed I missed the first time around, especially since I moved out here soon after. Would love to be able to be a part of this convention. Hope the rumor is true - crossing my fingers!

Yes,sir.I was there and tilā€™ this day I can get lost in the memories.It was amazingā€¦I mean truly amazing.I actually posted a huge spread of pics right after I got home.I donā€™t know if it survived the cut when the old threads vanished.Here is a sample of some of the pics once again :smiley: Itā€™s me and the wife in the picturesā€¦60 pounds ago for me :laughing: The craziest part was Malek invited us up to a room for a personal cocktail hour and it was nuts.Ken Foree,Hannah Hall,Malek,Sean Clark and others were there.it was crazy.At one point Don Shanks passed through.It was surreal :open_mouth:
