I apologize if this has been brought up before, but I’ve heard that the master for this mask still exists and it’s possible to still get blanks of it made? Or am I completely off base here?

That’s Darren. Take note though that he will most likely take long to respond. By the way what size is your head? These masks are pretty small and anyone with a size 24" head and above will most likely not be able to fit DPS 98/99 Shatners as they’re small like the original 75 Kirks.
Well, I measured around my brow and I seem to be slightly under 23.5. My head is more tall than big around, like Nick Castle’s. So more than likely if it was finished as an H1 it wouldn’t look to bad, or at least I’d like to think.
Ah I see. My head measures around 21-22" since I’m only 16. When I got my DPS 98/99 Shatner yesterday it fit me like a glove but it was a bit hard to even slip on at the beginning, so you might have troubles slipping a 98/99 on you or it might be tight unless you wear it out. I’m thinking about getting a 98/99 as a H1 too, they make for great castle stretches. I think it would look fine with the castle stretch on it.
Oh, I didn’t realize your head was that small from those pics. Well, I may reconsider it then.
