Also, to aid with cosplay folk, here is a good guide for coveralls, weapons etc:
As we all know, the coveralls used in Halloween 6 are Dickies Light Grey Slanted coveralls, but do we know what era?
You can get modern ones, and they work, but they are sized like shirts (S-M-L-XL). I own some from the 90s and while they are lighter grey, they follow the same sizing. I managed to find vintage ones on ebay in general coverall sizing (38-40-42-44) and the designs are basically the same, although the zippers are different as are the Dickies tags (though since the front zippers and tags are removed this is a moot point). I say go with what fits you, but I wonder did they use older Dickies or recent ones from 1994?
Also to note a few things: the P-Cut/Hero Dickies don’t really have much weathering to them. Or it doesn’t pick up at all on camera but even BTS stuff shows them…relatively clean for the Shape. It’s only in the reshoots they get messy and grunged up a bit. There is a blood spot on the stomach area after The Shape kills Beth but it’s gone not long after.
The weapons the Shape uses are the “8” Victorinox Forschner with Rosewood handle, but you can actually kinda get this knife from Trick or Treat Studios. It’s in the 10 inch scale as the 92 Michael Myers Murder knife from the remake, but it works for the H6 and is perfect for an H20 opening Shape as well! Pretty versatile! Just for specifics, here’s a direct link
The second is a crowbar, which is what he uses to pin John Strode to the electric box in both cuts. I just picked one up for $5 at Party City, and a little TLC can make it stick out!. Here’s the one I got in case you want one: Rusty Crowbar
And finally a plumb felling axe. They are costly, but you can get one for both your H6 Mikey AND your Part 3 Jason! So a Part 3 F13 replica may aid you on that front!
The boots are noted in the costume forum and HorrorCostumeIndex, so I wont repeat it, but upon screenshotting they actually are weathered at the top of the toe! I never noticed that.
My only other interesting note is the Hero H6 mask has no slit in the back. I think the reshoot mask does, but I’m not 100%! I feel like I should know, but I know for primary mask filming had none, so you can just Velcro it together! When I get my rehauled GPW I’ll add that on there to show it so you can do the same!
