I ordered a copy of his new Pretty Woman mask “The Looker” and I was very impressed with the mask itself. The paint and detailing came out amazing! I did however find it very hard to establish any communication. But considering I knew that this would be the case, as I have purchased from him before, I wasn’t expecting a smooth transaction.

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think it is a good business practice to be so hard to get in contact with a seller. But I knew what I was getting into and I knew the product would be worthwhile to me.

So, Great mask, poor communication.

I’ve purchased a “Looker” as well. He was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond at first. Once he received payment, he has been difficult to get in touch with. I’ve asked for updates and have heard from him maybe once or twice at most. Still waiting on mine to get here. Love the guys stuff. Just wish he would take more pride in customer service.
