Why is there a lot of air bubbles on the nag masks but not the Creep?

It really depends on the copy. Latex isn’t perfect but for the most part I haven’t had many masks with an abundance of air bubbles. Do you have an example of what you’re talking about?
You know when you look close you see little pin dots

I’ve had that issue with a few masks but none too extreme. To be honest, I can’t really tell on my AHG Cover mask if they are air bubbles or just the paint but I definitely understand what you’re saying. Nikos is great with quality control but he’s had so many orders I can imagine a few masks slip through the cracks that are less than perfect. I have the same issue as the photo you just posted with a few masks I own. Really hard to tell from a distance but close up shots it definitely is a bit frustrating
I’m trying to order a mask from Nikos at the minute but don’t think he’s taking orders yet.Hope mine turns out ok

He went on vacation and told me he’d be returning early November to resume taking orders. He should get back to you within a few days on FB. And truthfully, I have had 2 masks from him with the air bubble issue but I’ve had many more with no issues at all! You can mention it to him and send him that photo if you’d like but I’m sure he will send you an amazing mask you will love
Thanks for that I know your right. Can’t wait to get it!

The little outward facing nubs are usually from there being air bubbles in the mould, or developing in the surface of the mould after so many pulls. Sometimes the beauty coat was mixed way too thin, or thick depending on what gypsum stone was used for the mould. Moulds can be fickle like that sometimes. Always hated getting those in casting as it meant more finish prep work time.
I was told by Mike (AHG) that it is from over use of the molds.
Depends. Either from over use of plaster mold (little pieces coming out forming cavities for the latex to seep into), or it’s paint coming out bad from his airbrush due to a leaky connection.

I’ve also noticed that some replicas are full of them and some others don’t have them, like this one I’ve attached seems completely clean, if you see the one from user ImNightmare it does have some
