Here is the thing TWFS…you keep saying “breaking the law” and things like that. It’s innocent until proven guilty, even if something is copyright infringement it still needs to be ruled on in a court of law…so technically there are no law breakers here. Try the word “allegedly” instead, I think people aren’t liking the implications from you that we are all a bunch of law breaking people. Nobody on this board has even been accused of a crime by anyone in any authoritative capacity, so lets not get ahead of ourselves please.

They own it all, not us, not our favorite mask makers either. You know right from wrong, thus you don’t need a judge to tell you what you already know.

You are starting to sound like you are working for trancas yourself and are trying to appeal to everyone’s sense of morality to get them to stop mask making and in fact stop this forum. Not sure if personality rights fall in this catagory. It would have to be lawfully stipulated as to whether “personality rights” could even be violated since the person in question, is a fictional character.
Now, if YOU were to sign your likeness over for use in a video game etc, that would likely be more clear and defining as “personality rights” And depending on the contract, you could have your likeness used for more games well after your initial payment was received.
It all would depend on the contract. Not sure what avenue Trancas would go, depends on their lawyer if it gets to that point.
He (Thewholefkinshow) is doing nothing but giving his opinion on how mask makers should make masks…and he is also giving the downside to his own opinion , smdm85…just drop it where its at , instead of fighting agisnt him…start fighting agianst the people who started this mess…trancas.
I have a feeling that TWFS would strongly disagree with your last comment, I don’t think he would agree that trancas started anything, the way he comes across is that they are totally right and we are all breaking a law that is very important in the world. I also have to add, I don’t consider what I’m doing as “fighting” I am only expressing an opinion that happens to be in opposition of his…until someone calls someone else an A-hole or something I don’t really see a problem.

I have no agenda, I’m simply stating what others here have, and can clearly see. If you don’t own the rights to said character, you can’t make money off of said character. It’s against the law. There, did I spell it out for you clearly enough?

Yep, they own the rights to the character and are within their rights to file formal actions against parties, I’m not a dummy dude but you do tend to come off as a know it all as was previously stated by another person. Just as these mask makers have the right to keep doing what they are doing until THE LAW…NOT TWFS says it’s time to stop…hopefully you can think about that side of the argument and at best agree to disagree.

I never told Sam to stop making masks, infact, I told him I hope it all works out, wished him luck, but just told him to be careful. I don’t want him shut down for good, I like Sam. Great guy.
As for copyright infringment, violations and such, I DO know alot about it. What’s your point there exactly? Know it all? No. Know-a-lot? Absolutely. Again, issue is what?
Stop arguing with me, and start the fight against the people responsible for the issue-Trancas Internation Releasing. Tell them you aren’t happy, voice your opinion to them directly. Stop getting into it with me, especially when you’re wrong about 85% of you’re posting at me. Trancas is seeing people making money off of something THEY OWN and THEY aren’t getting any return from the profits made, hence, they’re going to stop the cash flow, or figure out how to get some of it from the mask makers that they’re targeting.

Wow I got so caught up with the debate team I forgot about the main point. You are absolutely correct Vader… I think enough has been said on the topic as well.
