I’ve gone to the woolery.com for 8oz. bags of camel hair. eBay if you search crepe hair a few option will come up, you’ll be able to pick color and length needed. As far as actual videos: Nick Mulpagano makes several great instructional DVDs. All are entertaining as well as informative. The information provided would take many botched masks if one were to do it trial and error. Or YouTube.com a search of “how to hair a mask / Myers mask” would give you a general idea of what you’re doing. I hope this helps, good luck!! 
crepe is coarse and not really the best. look for mohair on ebay, type in (reborn mohair) and you should get a nice selection to choose from but prices vary considerably!!or you could try coppermoose.com if no luck on ebay.
