I don’t think a lot of people realize that the whole $600 limit on sales (before one gets taxed as a small business) for the U.S. was delayed yet again. Last year’s limit was done away with and this year is supposed to go from $20,000 to $10,000 but a bunch of people from congress want that $600 limit nixed altogether and not just delayed again.
Friends and family became more of a thing due to the new law but at the end of every year (when people were already thinking they had to limit sales for most of the year so it screwed them over) they delay implementation. I know I was purposefully not selling things because I would have gone over that limit. Freinds and family was the only way to get around that limit as it wasn’t seen as a sale but a gift.
So i this law active now or not? Because this is the only reasonable cause I can see genuine.
Don’t do it I got scammed from parmfx and lost $ 600 dollars. After that experience made me get out of the hobby.
