I was gonna get a killing machine from them, and they responded to my emails right away (before i ordered it of course) But after seeing everyone saying how bad they are i decided not to go through with them, glad i didn’t also.
Signe…hey no worries at all. Matter of fact your mask shipped yesterday and you should have it any time now. Fact is Joe and I (Dusty) have been pretty backed up with a large volume of orders and have tended to trip over one another answering emails but we are lining that problem out. Some slip through the cracks…it happens. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.

i dont think you need to apologize at all. you’re a paying customer and needed service, when you didnt get it, you questioned it…only fair!
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, too many people have gotten ripped off lately! In my opinion noone should be suprised or offended aka butt hurt if someone questions someones business.
Looks like they were just busy, but still some connection should’ve been made of “Hey sorry, we’re busy and will get to your email within ______time, please be patient” something like that.
In the end, you were taken care of and all is well in the world, so hip hip…hoorrraaayyy
Or a simple Yes,No,Thank you, or Sorry should be offered.
Heck, some communicate with pms through their cell phones, so send a reply while taking a dump. :butthead:

No… we do not refund orders. We can however replace your mask with the same one if you are not satisfied with it. Please contact us immeditaly with any concerns regarding your mask, if you are unhappy upon receiving your order.

I ordered a Killing Machine about a week ago and they have been very good at responding 2 my e-mails i havent had any problems with them at all. I even got them 2 add a little extra weathering 2 make it look like its been worn and add the glue mark sideburns…They told me the mold is 24 inches so that shouldnt be a problen seeing how my head is 23 1/2 so hopefully i will be happy with it…I think i will
