Is Ben Nye Liquid Latex the same as mask making liquid latex?
I don’t think it is. I heard specifically not to use liquid latex for casting when I was learning how to make masks, so it’s probably not the same.

I need liquid latex to repair a tear in a mask. I was told to use liquid latex. I can get a 1 ounce bottle of Ben Nye. The smallest amount of Monster Makers liquid latex is a quart. I only need a small amount.
Well for repairs you can use the small liquid latex. I thought you meant you were gonna cast a mask lol.
I’m going to use liquid latex and gauze to fix it. It’s a small tear so it should be OK. I’m going to use Monster Makers Latex mask paint to repaint it so I don’t need a big amount of liquid latex. The one ounce size of Ben Nye liquid latex should be more than I need. It’s a ToTs Boogeyman. I just need to know if the Ben Nye liquid latex will work for the fix or will I need RD407 mask making liquid latex.
