So I ordered a Ben Tramer Mask today bc structurally I think it’s the closest to an original Kirk in the mass market. I realize that the color is off for the mask and hair but the sculpt and hair seems like the closest tots has to the original kirk. The hair on the Tramer is glorious!! It matts well and is very malleable and frizzes like the original. If they made a Tramer in white with the same texture hair but in brown, it would be just about a perfect Myers. I don’t know why they don’t use that texture of hair on all their masks honestly.
The Tramer is actually the Psycho/Elrod/Boogeyman sculpt, not sure if you were aware of that. But that is why it looks accurate. Makes for a great H1 conversion though! Yeah the hair is closer to what it should be on that mask. That could very well be the hair they are using on the Boogeyman.
Yeah I knew but unfortunately it’s not the same hair bc I already asked them lol. They said the hair is thicker than the tramer. The normal hair they use is camel right? What’s the hair on the tramer?
I’m really not sure what hair that is on the Tramer, but it’s not the usual camel hair. Sounds like they will probably just be using camel on the Boogeyman. Which is fine too, but yeah that Tramer hair dyed dark brown would of been perfect.

I heard the Tramer hair is actually mohair.
Anyone know what -kind- of mohair? I believe mohair gets coarser as the goat gets older.
I’ve tried kid mohair on a mask, and it was just too fine and wavy and didn’t take hair colour spray well at all.
