Bill at Nightstalker??

Anyone talked to him lately?? I ordered a blank on August 9th and was told a few weeks. Well, it’s been a few months now. He stopped answering emails now. I only emailed him maybe five times total in the last two months. The first excuse I was given was that he was moving into a new house and had to get his shop set back up. Then someone told me he was sick. But, the fact remains that he shouldn’t have put up a thread on another board offering blanks if he wasn’t prepared to deliver them. He should have waited until his shop was set back up before taking new orders. I asked for a refund twice with no response.

Anyone else having these issues.

I have tried to work it out and handle it diplomatically with him. I bought a blank a few days after you did Justin, and I’m in the same boat. I was told he was having email issues, and not getting his emails, so i started sending him private messages on his forum…you can tell when they read their PM’s…the message in the outbox folder changes to SENT.

everything I have sent him as far as warning’s that people on the boards that bought from him was getting ready to take it public was read and ignored…i even started doing READ RECEIPTS on all emails sent and guess what…they were ALL READ!!!

He sent me an email saying that he made a mistake by taking orders and not being fully operational …well YEAH!! Also said, people are over-reacting ever since the CGP thing and he is not ripping anyone off and that everyone will have their blanks on or before Halloween. The thing I think botheres everyone is the non communication and then the excuses, that can take a patient person willing to work with you and send them into paranoia! But my whole other issue is…you have a mold…you pour it, let it set, pour it out, let it cure, pull it and let it finish curing, box it and ship it!!! It’s not like he has to do custom paint work, hairing etc! for my molds, i dont need a special room or anything for a mold to cure!

I have stuck up for him and tried to help him avoid this, but when you ignore my emails and pleas with you…IT’S ON YOU! at this point, it’s pathetic and i dont want to hear it anymore…furinish our blanks or give us a damn refund till you get “set up” I’m tired of this shit!

EXACTLY! I know it’s only $40, but it’s the principle. If I told you “Hey, give me $40 and I’ll give you a blank pull.” And you gave it to me, wouldn’t you expect to get the pull or get your money back. Not give me a few weeks . . . months and then maybe you will get something. When someone asks for money for a product, the product should be delivered in a timely manner. I didn’t go asking for the product, it was offered. OFFERED!! It should not have been offered until it was ready

the only reason i have gave him the benefit of the doubt this long is due to my dealings in the past with him and his friendship with mutual good friend of mine who i am leaving out of this conversation. I understand life is tough right now for alot of people, but when you have people who trust you to deliver and you fail to even communicate with the person who trusted you to come through, it’s damaged and usually cant be repaired!

I will mark my entire stock as “SOLD OUT” before I ever take an order i cant deliver on, never ever ever understood why people want to shit on their own rep…takes years to build and seconds to tear down…why?

Dang, Bills going down the drain too…I thought he was one of the trusted ones considering he made and shipped my malevolence and birthday boy hood earlier this year in a two week time span.

yeah, i had decent dealings earlier this yr by getting the mold and rights to UNTAMED…but in the past 3 months, he has gone “to the darkside”

damn all the good mask makers going down the drain, if it wasnt for Nik, Bry, Justin, You, and a few others, then i dont know what i would do, and i hope all you guys get whats owed to you from Bill, Z

so do i…at first i wasn’t upset cuz as i said…he and i have a mutual friend and have had positive dealings in the past…but now im angry…cuz, i see he reads the emails and PM’s and DOESN’T respond…to me that’s SHADY!

here is my 2 cents.Bill Miller is a great guy and talented artist.I have had many dealings with him and he has taught me alot about mask making.He is probably backed up with halloween orders or a haunted house contract or something very time consuming .Sorry to hear you fellas are having difficulties.He has always been prompt about returning emails.He may infact be sick.I am more than certain he will square you all away.I know how it is to be waiting on blanks and not get them,when comunication is lost it gets frustrating. :rock:

almost 3 months for a blank?? and he wasn’t accepting any orders before the move but told us he could get these done quick…well…3 months later?? hmmm…dude, i dont want anything bad for the guy, i really do not…but countless excuses spanned over almost 3 months, and every email i find out he reads and probably deletes is SHADY!

I did try multiple ways to work this out…I went to our mutual friend to get his number, emailed him to warn him that people not just on this board but other boards were getting mad as well were about to go public with this and if he cared about saving his rep, then communicate with his customers…he again READ IT and chose to IGNORE it…i have all the documentation from our convos if i need to bring this up…

I don’t even want the damn blank anymore! I’d rather have my cash to spend on something else that will be be here in less than three months. :open_mouth: In my years of buying, this takes the cake. I do not have my product, but he has my money. How hard is it to refund $40???

Jesus christ…I hate hearing this stuff…Im so sorry guys as I completely know how you feel…This is just happening more and more at an alarming rate… People need to seriously learn that communication is key in this hobby…Especially with all the horrible things going on in the last year or so…The CGP things is no excuse…Of course people are gonna be on edge after something like that…You would think that it would make other mask makers more carefull and do better communication knowing people in this hobby are on edge…Morgan you said it perfect bud when you said it “can take a patient person willing to work with you and send them into paranoia!”…I can be one of the most patient buyers in this hobby but when communication starts to fade I get upset and worried…It only takes 2 minutes out of your day to let your buyer know whats going on…Especially when there is big money involved…Grant it if its a 25 dollar issue or a 1k issue they are all important…But if its got a high price tag you can bet the buyer is gonna have a high impatience for lack of communication…I hope this pans out for you guys and you get what your owed…This kind of sickening business is just absurd…Thank god for guys like Justin, Sam, Nik and Bry…These waters are filled with sharks and we need to seriously watch where we swim…Later guys

and honestly…you know i sell masks too…my policy is i do not take your $$ till i send you final pix of your mask, once payment is received it goes out NEXT DAY !! Ask anyone who has done business with me and they’ll tell you

We are all on the edge with transcas taking out the indy myers world when in fact the mask makers themselves are killing us first. I think all mask makers should be like morgan. :sunglasses:

Nothing against you at all Morgan…I hope you didnt misunderstand me bro…Those guys are just guys ive done business with for a very long time without incident…Thats why I mentioned them…Then with all these big name trusted mask makers falling is where I speak of sharks…Ive never done business with you but if thats the way you run things then I would buy from you in a heart beat…In fact I think thats how all mask makers should do things…Later

Im a good friend of Bills and havent been able to contact him lately either, i know he was very busy with the move and getting sick as someone mentioned, im sorry you guys have waited so long, i myself am guilty of getting behind on orders, its no excuse for sure, you should be responsible enough to know your limit, but i know Bill and hes no thief, he will come thru one way or another, i will see what i can do to contact him for ya guys and see what i can come up with… :wink:
