Blacked out eyes all the way, though, I will admit, it can be creepy at times where you can see his eyes. For example, when he kills Alice in H2 and you can see that crazed look in his eyes. Creepy asf.
Blacked out hands down. It’s just scarier. We saw his eyes too much in H2 but luckily the mask looking so terrifying made up for it. That’s the one thing I really liked about H6 and it just makes Michael more mythical and creepier. And that’s the biggest reason why Michael in H20 was a joke. He just looked downright silly.
Blacked out through lighting or fabric or whatnot 100%. Lends credence to Loomis’ blackest eyes speech and seeing the eyes in H:20 and many scenes in Resurrection with the visible eyes are terrible looking.
H6 had very good lighting and camera work overall. The fact that they didn’t use fabric like H4 or H5 and just good lighting puts it alongside the Cundey lit films.
The Resurrection mask itself didn’t have blacked out eyes, they just gave Brad Loree “Batman eyes”, by applying black eye shadow around his eyes, making him look almost like a raccoon.
Blackest Eyes for sure, it totally makes him more supernatural and frightening while showing no remorse for anything. But, seeing a visible eye here and there ain’t bad either like when he kills john in part 6 on the fuse box and the lights flicker on and off showing his eyes was very creepy.
