I just hope you get it man, people shouldn’t play with peoples money it’s not right, if I’m honest it’s the buyers right get what they paid for on the estimated date, I think any time over the time given you should have money off of your purchase or some sort of compensation given, so it gives them even more of a reason/incentive to get your mask done in the exact time frame, if you do not get your mask I will definitely support you in any way I can

I’ve gotten a much quicker reply on their Instagram and also have you tried tagging Ben on a post? I think you’ll get a quicker response that way!

The only time he has ever responded to me was after i tagged him. Someone suggest today that i try Instagram. I tried it but haven’t heard from him there either.

He is very hard to get replies from.

You could get up 30 minutes earlier in the morning and stay up 30 minutes later in the evening and RESPOND to your customers who have sent $300 or more your way.
We as consumers should just stop buying their stuff! I have never bought anything from Ben and after reading how he cant take a minute and respond to a message…i will not.

I don’t know how much you know, but I used to own one of the H20 Hero masks, which I sold a few years ago, but before I sold it, Ben from FFS came to study it. Take photos, examine the hair type ect.

So I’m in a unique position of having the original and the Brothers Return v2 and I can tell you that the Brothers Return mask is virtually identical to the screen used mask in every way. Side by side… even I couldn’t tell the difference.

Same size, same paint, same thickness, same hair etc.

As far as wait times… communications… yeh, its always a problem with mask makers, but as far as I know, Ben has never ripped anybody off… he always delivers.

If you can handle the wait times, I’d say go for it, you will never get any better.

The screen used was advertised in this forum for a good price, so I bought it.

Why did I sell it?

It was sat in my bedroom for 10 years in its air tight case and one day, I just thought, ‘what’s the point’ what am I getting from this… the answer was… ‘nothing’.

Sure, it was nice to look at… knowing it was the original, but it wasn’t enhancing my life in any way.

It just became a valuable thing in a box… that nobody ever looked at except me…
