Hey guys,
I have been waaay outta the loop, when it comes to the RZ Version of Halloween !! The 2 movies are just now starting to grow on me a little …I wasn’t a huge fan at first !! Anyway …I was wanting to know, what the differences are between the QOTS Buried, and the HSS Relic ??? Obviously they were both sculpted by Scott …and the price tags are waaay different !! I would prob imagine that Sam finishes them a little different to !! It doesn’t look bad though for $100 !! However I cannot find very many pics of the Relics
If anyone has any info and or pics of the 2 (especially the HSS Relic) that they can share… I would appreciate it !!! Also if there is a thread explaining this already …Please feel free to post the link !!!

Ah, okay…first The Buried is from Dela Torre and the Relic is from QOTS. Horror Sanctum now has the Relic and Artifact.
The Buried is a COMPLETELY different mold from the Relic. The Relic is the “economy version” of the Artifact. Its just going to have less detail in the paint and hair than if you were to buy the Artifact.
Oh ok … So if Scott didn’t make the Buried, then obviously there are some that he has finished correct ?? I have seen the name Dela Torre and QOTS on the Buried’s !! Thanks for the info man !

The Relic does not have as much detail as the the buried hence the price difference…
If you purchase a Relic i would advise sending it to Killah ( Ben ) for a repaint,this photo speaks for itself

Ah, that overhaul is amazing. That is exactly the reason why i wanted to get a relic and send to him =p
Just to be clear for you, that isnt what the mask will look like when you get the Relic =)
Ok yeah… I thought that he did, because like I said…I have seen Scott’s name attached to them also !! That is why I always thought that he sculpted them !! However now…I know why the Dela Torre name is attached to them !! I am glad to finally figure that out !!
I basically posted this thread because I was curious to know how similar the Relic was to the Buried !! Truth be told…I am actually after a Buried that was finished by Scott !! I have a guy holding it for me, until I can gather the funds !! I just figured that if there wasn’t a huge difference between the 2 (as far as overall appearance)… then I wouldn’t spend the extra money for the Buried !!
BTW: Yes… the overhaul by Ben is Amazing !!! Looks Great !!!
