Hey everybody. So I’ve just purchased about a week and a half ago a Cemetery Gates Production Warlock mask, well now I have a opportunity to get a Nightowl productions Justin Mabry Lunatic H2 mask brand new never worn or anything for $275. I need opinions on which mask is better and what everyone’s opinion is on what to do. Keep the warlock when it arrives, or order the Nightowl Lunatic and sell the CGP Warlock when it gets here. Any opinions or help greatly appreciated as I have never laid eyes in person on either mask so idk which is better.
If the Warlock is an earlier run “pre 2008” that would be the one to keep imo. But hey… different strokes for different fokes right?
As far as I know its a recent one. I just ordered it bout a week and a half ago from CGP directly.

You can buy a TOTS H2 for the lunatic look. The newer Warlocks are badass too 
Imo the Warlock is the best production H2 you can buy, heres my 2013
I have a few friends who have the tots mass produced H2 and they said they were ok but your typical mass produced mask. Needed work to be made into a good mask. Wasn’t sure though how much better the lunatic was over the MP. And I haven’t seen the warlock or lunatic in person before so didn’t know which would be better.
The average TOTS Lunatic has about the same weathering as the average NightOwl Lunatic. The biggest difference in quality is the hair.
Honestly, if you’re going to pay for a Lunatic, I’d just buy the TOTS one and get it overhauled. I’ve seen some really nice work come from guys like Nick at Handiboy and Freddy Loper.
So I’d pretty much be better off keeping the Warlock then when it arrives rather than selling it and then getting a Lunatic?
No doubt, if you’ve never seen a Warlock in person your in for a real treat 
Its a great thick mask that will last you forever.
Well the warlock pulls off that “H2” look that we all know, the lunatic is basically the same as the tots 2, which actually Can pull off the H4 cover look if shaded properly(artists version of H1), so would prob keep warlock then get tots 2 mask, and from what I can see, hell send it to uwannadon for an upgrade!! Should be good to go.

I’m not big fan of Terry but anyone who says that Lunatic is more accurate than Warlock is Justins d***rider, because Warlock is pretty solid H2 mask ignoring its origin.(I love Justins work but I think I made my point just about those two masks.)

Have another question and just figured id tack it on here, do the CGP masks come with display heads or anything? I also ordered the “fear” mask as well with the “warlock” and didn’t know if they came with display heads like some other masks or if I would need to get a mannequin head?
Warlock > Lunatic. You’ll need to get a display head I imagine, but that shouldn’t be a problem.
Here ya go dude, this is whats coming your way. For sure a mainstay of anybodys H1/2 collection Imo. As far as display, just go to hobby lobby or home depot buy a cheap pine wood plaque and a wooden closet rod, cut the rod about 8-12" to fit in a bookshelf. screw a wood screw and join them together. Spray paint them black and clear coat them. Stuff the mask with plastic bags to your liking and shape, after you put cornstarch in it. Black the eyes out from inside with a black material, you can rubber band it to the bags if it works for ya, it works for me. Hope this helps. Don

Well got the masks today. Love the way they look stuffed for display, don’t like the way they look on me though. The “fear” looks good on me IMO but not the “warlock.” When I put the fear on it has a good movie look to it on me but when I wear the warlock it totally loses that classic warlock look I think.
