I have a question. Are the MODS able to check pm’s?? I have sent pm’s in the past to people and later i might check the outbox to see if the person has read it & it would show that they did. Sooo later i asked if they were going to reply & was told they did not read it yet & even sent a screencap of their computer showing my message still highlighted in their inbox, So i want to ask if the MODS are able to check other peoples pm’s & if so why would (whoever it is) check a basic pm to a friend and for what reason other than to be cheaply nosy?? Doesn’t PM stand for “Private” message?
Im not trying to toss out accusations but from many angles it looks like a third party is checking the pm so im pretty curious.
I guess all forums are different, I am a senior mod somewhere and we can’t check people’s pm’s only the site administrator can, but it could be different here.
There does seem to be a delay though…For example, I sent someone a message the other day asking him a question…i then sent one the following day asking if he received my first message…i then got a reply to my first message and I responded to that one with another question, and then received a response to my second question the day after…(everyone following that)…It seems to me that there is some delay.
