Ok, i have seen this alot in the last few weeks and its not cool. If we are selling 2 masks can we just make one thread with both things that are for sale as opposed to selling 4 masks & creating 4 different threads in the classies 5 minutes apart, as it knocks other peoples things off the page all because someone wants 4 threads selling 4 different things. im not trying to be rude but its irritating.
If this needs to be deleted then so be it.

I havent sold anything in the classifieds before, but reading what wrote totally makes sense. It is kinda of pointless to make all those classified adds when you could just combine them all into one if your selling multiple items.

The more I see this, the more I will the merge threads. Please do not pm me if I do this with your thread(s)(Unless there is a legitimate question about it.).

I can assure you it is enforced. I am endlessly merging or deleting threads in there and PMing people. The fact is SO many people don’t follow the rules, it’s impossible to keep up with it. We get complaints when we merge/delete posts, we get complaints when we don’t. We simply can’t win.

Like I said, I understand and as far as I’m concerned you guys all do a great job!
I feel the same way about people who post pictures of the same mask in 5 different threads. One thread with pics from the original owner, their own pics and then the same pics thrown in the pic of the day. It seems very redundant and lame. One thread could get the same replies.
I figured people would have done that anyway just to cut down on all the typing they have to do.
Thanks for the input guys. Its bothersome as one person creates 4 threads for 4 things one right after another & knocks somebody out who made one thread for 5 things…Im waiting for the day when somebody has 15-16 things to sell & creates 16 threads having the classified’s all to themselves.

Theres really no point in doing that. I dont think I really notice because I dont pay attention to usernames unless im interested but it seems almost deliberate to do that.
good thread. it urks me as well when there are multiple threads at a time under one user. in the long run, it actually takes the seller MORE time to make one thread after another rather than one thread listing each item. some people just dont think, I suppose.
while we are on the subject, I was gonna make another thread and ask but I figure it will save space asking here. how do you bump a classified thread now that classified replies are disabled? I noticed some of the mods have been helping out by bumping specific threads, but I had posted one well over a week ago, (nearly two, actually) and it hasnt been bumped and I cant do it myself.

We know why people do this 50, but just like you said, its rude as hell and to me shows how the person conducts business.
they practically tell on themselves, and for me, even if i would be interested in the product/item, i dont do business with people that have fashions like that.
Most of us are adults on here, and we can usually tell when someone tries to get over on the rules and everyone else, this will end up hurting them anyway.
Personally, i look all through the classifieds, starting with the middle end. Thats where you can find good things.
