Cliff Emmich, a.k.a. Mr. Garrett, has passed away at 85. Cliff was also known for roles in more than 90 movies and TV shows, such as Thunderbolt and Lightfoot, Happy Days, Barracuda, Starsky and Hutch, Murder, She Wrote, and Walker, Texas Ranger.

Although just a small part of this franchise, he thoroughly loved having been part of it and was not only one of the nicest people I met at 30 Years of Terror, but one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, period. A very kind, warm, and humble man.

The security guard in Halloween II. He lived a long life. 86 years old. Not bad at all. R.I.P.

As a huge fan of “Thunderbolt And Lightfoot” his role in that film sticks out to me most. His part is pretty humorous and the story Burton Gilliam’s character tells about him in the movie about pulling out his “pecker” is absolutely hilarious.
