I am never the one to try and hurt someone’s reputation, but when it affects my wallet it really gets under my skin. I have put this off for quite some time now because I wanted to give Colin a chance to redeem himself. Obviously that is never going to happen and that this point I don’t even care. I will though make sure he doesn’t burn anyone else. I have talked to others that have had similar problems but they wanted to be kept anonymous. I am a man of my word so this will be about me. Everyone knows I once owned the Ken Hertlien DW AHG mask #15 and I paid $3,500.00 for it. I came across a screen used machete that Colin owned and I asked him how much he wanted for it. I was told it was worth 2,500 or more and we worked out a trade for the machete and some signed hockey masks. This was back in July when we made this deal I have yet to receive any hockey masks that were signed and it is now October. Then I was told week after week that he is almost done. Still nothing. Then I got told that he was going to make a part 7 hock from resin. Same old song a dance. I haven’t received anything. So now we come to the cherry on top of this preverbal sundae. I was moving and needing some extra cash for furniture so I decided to sell my machete. I them learned that the machete was only worth 1,000 dollars with what looked like a bogus COA. I then contacted Colin about swapping the machete back for the KH and I was told everything but a hell no. After I threatened to hit the boards after a week later he responded with this. Ill send you 500 bucks which ended up being 480.00 and I was told my hocks will be done. Guess what. I did get the 500 and I still have no hocks! I’m now out 2,000 dollars. I have him a week and still no hocks and then finally I got frustrated and told him don’t worry about I’m done! So then I get told that he is going to do a Myers mask for me. Make and origin I have no clue. Guess what still no mask!
It’s official. It’s October and he hasn’t made right by me so I am going to end it.
I lost 2k because of Colin Mayne and his dishonesty.
Please if any of you care about your money DO NOT DEAL with Colin Mayne.

I forgot to mention that when I was trying to sell that machete that there was some issues with people messaging me and telling me it could be fake. So It being a rumor that there are fakes out there I contacted the original owner of the machete And he brought that to the attention to Colin Mayne and this was his response. " Well it’s not my problem anymore(laughing) because I got the KH. Then to find out that Colin sold my KH for 3,500 just enraged me even further. I feel like I was deceived by lies and deceit this whole transaction and I hope none of you decide to get burned by this guy.
Damn, Cory. That sucks to hear, man. Sorry you got the shaft on your deal. I keep seeing things like this happen way too often and it really leaves a bad taste.

Hey partner I’m realitivly new to the site and I got burned by Fear…Richard Cross from Georgia. HE gave me a song and dance for a mask then I saw it on here getting re-haired on here. I know it doesn’t help but sorry bro and I can say I honestly know how ya feel!!! All I will say is, $2,000 would constitute a felony in most, if not all, states.
If you have documentation of this situation you may want to speak to your local & Colin’s local authorities.

This doesn’t sound like the Col we all know. Why hasn’t he posted here yet to explain things?
Because he knows he did wrong and he knows I’m right. All I did was post fact. That’s the prob people weren’t saying anything and I felt obligated. If you have ever done deals with him you will know exactly how big of a procrastinator he is. It’s crap business and ill warn every person I can.
Even after of the fact of the upside down trade I got dealt I gave him a chance to do right by just only paying me 500 and my hockey masks. Then it was empty promise after empty promise. I just got fed up and sick of it. I’m over it.
This isn’t the first time this has happend with this guy. A well respected Mask Maker on here, also ran into a similar situation, with Colin.
By no means am I trying up hurt dudes cash flow, but maybe he will do right by people from now on.
