Irwin Yablans and Joe Wolf dissolved the company prior to Halloween II being filmed in 1981.
Do you know if they started a new company or if they joined anathor company?

I believe no other company was formed.
Irwin Yablans owned Turtle Releasing Corporation prior to going in with Joe Wolf and making Compass International. After Compass Irwin joined Empire Pictures but never formed another company.
