I recently ordered my creep from the Nightowl website back in late December. I emailed and PMed Justin on Instagram. I made the mistake of not contacting him before making my purchase and now have a few requests to make and inquiries about the time estimate/ his current workload. Long story short, does anyone know the best way to contact him? I understand he is extremely busy, but I do want some transparency when I’m spending 335 on a mask.
I use Instagram to contact Justin and he always gotten back to me, his wait times are very long but it’s definitely worth it in the end!
Yea I ordered mid October also no response from him either but hopefully soon
I bought mine back on 11/5. Contacted Justin through Instagram and heard back just after thanksgiving. Normal lead time is 6-8 weeks but he told me will be a bit longer because it is “catalog season.” I’m guessing Feb/March before I see mine. Could be longer.

Sounds good. Definitely not as bad as the wait I’ve heard from some people. Some have said it took them a year to receive theirs.

I remember ordering a creep from him back in December of 2018 and got the mask around May of 2019, it will be a while!
Justin seems like he is using one of his older molds for the creeps which I find far superior than the ones he used previously. The crease and smaller eye cuts is the best!
I always talk to him through messanger on FB, but I’ve known him for a while. Last time I ordered direct it was about a 6 month wait.

It seems like it completely depends on his current workload. Hoping that it’s in the 6 month ball range in comparison to a year
Mine was about a 3 month wait.
What year/ time of season did you order it? It seems that plays a huge role.
23rd of August of 2021 and I received it I believe October 28th.
Just ordered mine and sent him a message about wait. Haven’t heard anything yet.
