Convention safe Halloween Knife replicas?

Sorry if this is a redundant topic, if somebody points me in the right direction please, by all means, delete this thread, but does anyone make accurate, convention-safe (no metal blade) knife replicas? Would of course be interested in seeing a part 1 style, and perhaps the Victorinox Forschner and Wusthof knives as well.

Ryan Shaffer of Horror Express Studios does https://www.facebook.com/horrorexpressprops/

Are guys like James Carter and Tim Miller’s knives not considered “convention-safe”?

What materials are their blades made of? The convention I go to has a “no metal props” policy, but it’s surely different at other conventions.

I’m honestly not sure, but I think they use something like aluminum?

Thank you for this link, his knives look fantastic!

They are beautiful! Does James Carter have a Facebook page or anything like that where he takes orders?
