I’ve done a handful of TOTS conversions before, but this one was quite interesting… because it didn’t seem to look right for the most part.
But a sock in the chin seems to have done the trick. 
I need to shave the eyes a touch closer to compensate for the bloat in the pull, and tweak a bit of the hairline. But otherwise, quite happy with the result.
Looks amazing! Don’t know what the F*** tots was doing to those Kirks to make them look so ugly and bloated.

I imagine they made them look like that on purpose. Imagine if you paid close to $300 for a NO Shat and then a few weeks later, TOTS is offering EXACT replicas for $60. I think it was a business move

I’m going to trim a touch more out around the nose, which should help de-bug the eyes…
The paint is sponged on.
The hair is Devon wool, hand-dyed. It’s a pretty long and thick fibre.
Recut the eyes a bit. Much better…
