Coverall Alternatives

I am new to the site and I hope it’s okay to post this here, but I have a problem with finding coveralls that fit right. I’m about 6 ft and 240 and all the pairs I’ve tried are either way too big or way too tight. If nothing else I debated on a work shirt and work pants as an alternative, but does anyone have suggestions? Thanks!

I’d get charcoal grey Red Kaps from Amazon. Cheapest option for a good looking pair of H1 coveralls

I’ve always ordered them through automotiveworkwear.com. I know they fit true to size as I’ve never tried them on before I bought them, and I kept them.

Not to start up the age-old debate, but which is more accurate, charcoal or spruce green?

The running consensus is that it’s Charcoal for H1, spruce green for H2. The Sears coveralls in H1 are Charcoal in color, which has recently been determined on here a while back. But spruce green seems to work for both H1 and H2 just with how the spruce looks different in various lighting.

So if your going to switch between an H1 and H2 look, but only want one pair of coveralls, the spruce will do the trick for both, in my opinion.

I have an old pair of Sears Craftsman coveralls in charcoal, and they work fine for an H1 look, but are not accurate to the Sears Tradewear coveralls. Close enough though!

I have recently been looking into a new pair though, and am at the same crossroads of what color to go with. I have been waiting for the Reed coveralls to come back into stock, but it’s been weeks and still no go on those. The Reed’s are really close to the Sears Tradewears.

I appreciate the replies. I was able to find coveralls that fit good enough. Unfortunately I live in a part of the country where it’s miserably hot and humid for most of the year so stores just don’t sell them much.
