Creep Wait Time

Does anyone have any insight into what the current wait time is for a Creep? I’ve attempted to contact Justin multiple times to no avail. Was thinking of placing an order soon but am unsure seeing as he doesn’t seem to be answering emails.

last time I talked to him he said 6 weeks, if you’re lucky enough to get the responses you need, but I wouldn’t take his word for it, some people had to wait much longer.

Usually a few months to a year depending on his tot and fx work.

I emailed him over 3 weeks ago never got back to me good luck

bought mine on October 30th 2018 and it arrived April 9th 2019, when you do manage to get a hold of him you should ask everything you need to know or tell him how you want your mask right away, if you email him at a later date he probably won’t see.

This time of year, he’s probably working on Halloween Kills and after that, Halloween Ends. So he’s busy, same happened last time with Halloween (2018).

I ordered a Creep thru his website in February. Still waiting…

Yeah some people said they got theirs in 3-4 months, I’ll be coming up on 7 months here soon. Ordered February 17th.

I’d imagine it all depends on how busy he is. I’m patient however I do hope I get it soon.

I’d check with him or email when it’s closer to October. It all depends. I ordered my blank the day after Christmas and recieved a week before the following christmas. One week shy of a year.

Go to Maskfest.
Justin will sell you one right off the table.
No waiting.

But if you live in another state you have , airfare, food, lodging, tickets and mask purchase. Will wind up costing $1000 all together as opposed to $350

About 4 years back a member here ordered a Creep from Justin in November or December. He received it in October. Almost a year later. That same month a Creep went up for sale on Ebay. The seller bought it from Justin at Maskfest the month before. He had pics from when he purchased it. I don’t remember what he was asking for it. Maybe $500.00. Keep a eye on ebay just in case.

I ordered mine in June 2018, and I got it 3 days before Halloween 2018, so a little over 5 months in my case.

That’s bout my experience with him, though I think it was 6 months for me. Justin always seems to do a large batch before Halloween and get them out before Halloween.

Honestly just find yourself a good 1978 trick or treat mask now. They are about the same quality and looks as the new creep I’m noticing.

Not even close. The paint and hair is shit on a stock TOTS H1. Justin will customize your Creep upon request, and you can get your size as needed with paint to your preference. The TOTS H1 has one size: over sized. The TOTS sculpt is not nearly as versatile, the eye cuts are hit or miss, and this isn’t even getting into TOTS latex quality. TOTS latex is stiff and unmalleable, with little stretch to it. It also rots quickly, while a Creep will last you much longer. The TOTS H1 isnt in the same league as the Creep.

Hell to the yeah

Did someone just fucking say a ToTS mask is the same quality as a Creep? Do we need to have this talk again?

That gets you hot under the collar doesn’t it lol.  I think his intention was to say you can get a quality look out of the H78, if your pressed for a mask before Halloween this year. Or maybe I’m wrong who knows.

If we are talking needing a mask in time for Halloween this year, then the H78 is a great, inexpensive, get the job done option. And with a touch up, really becomes a hell of a mask for what it is.

It will definitely do the trick for this year, then by the time next year rolls around, that Creep should of come in by then.
.

I wouldn’t go as far as to say the hair is shit, it’s actually decent hair for a mass produced mask, and can be worked with easily. And hasn’t Justin been using Camel on his Creeps lately? I might be wrong on that.

But no, the latex quality and paint job quality is not in the same category. The hair on their masks though has been getting better in my opinion. That is, the hair itself, not how they apply the hair of course. That still needs work.
