since their merge with CGP (well not merge per se as much as just kinda taking over) alot of people have been kinda cautious about them. I don’t really know of anyone who’s ordered from them so far.
I haven’t ordered anything, but I can honestly say they never responded to my pm. I asked if the paint glowed in the dark on the H3 set. No answer yet.
I ordered a Warlock about a week ago and have been pleased so far. They answered 2 emails prior to ordering and have been very nice. I will let you know when I get mask. Hope this helps.
I’ve also recently ordered a Warlock from them. I’ll post pics and give you my experience with them once I receive my order… or not
Oh also, there was a recent post where someone had just received their warlock. Maybe try searching the last week or so discussion thread for pics. And of course there is the section for feedback which you can also consult. I haven’t bothered to look either and just took the plunge so I’ll be sure to post feedback as well.

Communication is KEY to me! all the makers that communicate PROPERLY to me usually get mass quantities of my cash! oh if some of these guys only knew how much money they are missing out on
I have emailed those guys at SSN for my fourth and final time with absolutely no response at all. Guess they don’t need anymore business, or hey just don’t care. either way I’m taking my business elsewhere. If you can’t do something as simple as return someone’s email well then you need to just close up shop, because you are not behaving in a business like manner. I know where you’re coming from Alex
Well Im sure if we just dont ask questions and hit buy it now on there web site. Im sure they will just be happy to answer any and all questions after that. I dont want to be mean here. I really wanted to give them a shot, but as others have stated communication is the key.
Yeah I asked them through PM’s here some mask repainting questions and had a responce in 24 hours which in my opinion is a good responce time but once again thats just me as a single person compared to a board full of people
Well guy’s, I ordered a Warlock from Joe& Dusty, 2 weeks ago!! They answered all my questions fast, and I put in a special request, with the paint job!!! Joe was nice enough to take a payment plan!! I sent him half the money, and he got started on my warlock, he sent me a pm here, about 3 days ago, stating: Hi James, you’re warlock has been poured, and base coated!! It needs to be weathered and haired, so the mask should be ready to ship next week, when we reveive the balance that you owe us for the mask!! Thanks for your business, Joe & Dusty!!
So, I would say, that they are working really hard over there, trying to gain peoples trust, as real business men, do! I will post pics of my warlock, when I receive it from them!! It shouldn’t be long, now!
Just an FYI, Sean has been out of the country for the last month and has little to no access to his SSN email. He just got back the other day, I’m sure he’ll get back to you soon.
