Customs STOLE my RAINING RED!!!! GRRRRR!!!

I’m so seriously pissed right now and i do not understand one thing of all this!!! Chris Morgan shipped my raining red on october 28. Then the following has happened:

I was already getting annoyed by the long waiting because of those bastard customs, and when i thought the wait was finally over and my mask was going to be delivered at my door because it says “At Foreign Delivery Unit”…i phoned with a lady from the dutch delivery service yesterday, and she said that my mask is going straight back to the person who send it to me!!!(Chris) She didn’t knew the reason, she only told me that the status of my parcel is " onbestelbaar". wich is dutch for " NOT ORDERBLE" . I really don’t get this??? What the hell does that mean??? Chris has put the real value on the parcel, so under-taxing could not be the problem. Also the lady said that that my adres on the parcel was correct. I mean WTF??? This really is the most dumb bureaucratic thing i ever experienced in my whole mask-collecting life!!!I So the mask is in my country, it has been through the customs, they could deliver it at my door…and now they are sending it back to the USA??? :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :question: :question: :question: :question: :question: :question:
Has anyone here ever experienced a similar thing? What should i do now? I want my mask!!! Chris had send me pics of it and it looked so cool!! But now i’m so dissapointed :frowning: :frowning: :frowning: Will i stil get my mask? i’m really desperate at the moment, and also very angry at that idiotic bureaucratic shipping system!!!

Not orderable? That’s a new one. I’ve heard of people having trouble getting Freddy gloves delivered to or from overseas, but I don’t understand why they’d reject a simple latex mask. I hope you can get it resolved.

Well actually it is out of customs already and they seem to try to deliver it already. I’m from the Netherlands as well and customs itself doesn’t tell you anaything, only TNT does, I suppose you called them?

Again, what I suspect is that they tried to deliver it at the incorrect address. Your logging clearly says it has left customs so then it is up to TNT and they don’t check the parcel anymore after it has left the airport customs.

Except but opening the parcel with my masks and letting me pay outrageous custom fees I’ve received everything to date…

Hey dude!! really?? wow!! :open_mouth: :open_mouth: we have sent these to Greece, England, Spain, France and of course Canada…this is a first.

I can try a different method of shipping for you, but i do not know much about the inner working of customs and do not know if this will work? What i do know is you can try and get a customs agent and see if they can help, at least phone one to find out what your options are. Do not worry, we will get you your mask one way or another. This is very unfortunate and i know it is frusttrating, but we will get it all figured out :slight_smile:

something like this happen to me awhile back and it did get resolved hope everything works out for you…

how was it shipped???
I tryed to ship a box to France UPS
and it was going to cost me over $200 they told me there is alot of customs issues when shipping over seas through UPS to go to USPS(very cool of them to let me know this)
so I went to the post office and it was about $66

i ship usps. when i ship overseas it’s global priority

Why cant anyone ever do there job right, DELIVER THE FUCKING BOX! Whats so hard about that?

Man, and I felt bad yesterday when I was asleep when the guy tried to deliver my mask. That really sucks, dude. That must be really frustrating. I hope it gets resolved soon. Good luck.

Man things are screwed up. I just recently sent out two money orders and both were stolen. I had them tracked and I had to go and file a complaint at the PO. After 30 days if they are not cashed they will give me my money back. I prefer to pay by check because you can stop payment on them but most sellers don’t accept them.

Thanks for your replies! Just checked them out :wink: . I tried to phone with the dutch post service today, but i couldn’t reach them. I’ll try again tomorrow. The dutch customs said to me that they couldn’t do anything about it, and that my parcel is now in hands of the dutch/USA postal service. So lets hope the parcel will arrive at your place soon.
Anyway, i’m so glad to read you’re gonna help me out with this. Appreciate it and it really helps me getting less frustrated man :wink: . I was so enormously angry at the moment i typed those messages, coul’dn’t believe those sh*theads are sending the parcel back!!??
