Do I need to change the eye-cuts?

Hey guys. I’ve had this H78 for a while now and it keeps bugging me that there is something wrong with the eyecuts. What do you guys think? If you think there is and if they need changing could you post a pic of where I’d need to cut it?

Thanks guys! I bought this mask in H2 style and converted it, I don’t know who did the eyecuts. :confused:

I think its the left eye in the photos which is throwing the look off for me, and as Jon said smoothing them out will help allot. So yeah I would, but if you dont know what your doing it can be a tricky business. I would ask JC for advice or if your not comfortable doing it yourself then maybe consider sending it off to be changed.

In my opinion, the eye cuts are the most difficult part of this Myers mask business.
The left eye (the mask’s RIGHT eye, if you were wearing it) needs to be dropped down a bit before it arches back up towards the nose. Other than that, I think you need to try and smooth out the jags. And that’s TOUGH. Get a real sharp pair of scissors! Someone with more experience will hopefully chime in and help!

Eye cuts are key to the overall look of a Myers. I’ve seen crappy sculpts w/ perfect eye cuts and finishing that really stand out and perfect sculpts w/ crappy eye cuts that make the mask look horrid.

There really isn’t a whole lot you can do on that mask except smooth out the eye cuts and reshape a bit… but be careful b/c you don’t want to overcut and give him the big ol’ eye syndrome.
Take a felt tip bullet dremel to that bad boy and clean him up a tad. He can look a little better. :wink:

I can see the difference! Very true on the tricky business part! I did it on a mask on got lucky! Was not perfect but it was good enough!!!
