Just wondering what everyone prefers if they get a mask autographed. Do you like it on the outside of the mask so you can see it, or on the inside instead?
Also, do you have a different answer for different types of masks? Like Myers masks or Jason hocks.
I’ve seen both ways done and work well, what do you like best for each?
I prefer on the back of the outside cause If you wore it on Halloween even just like around your house youd sweat and if its inside it would wear off.

Well…the artist usually signs it on the inside of Myers masks and the back side of hocks, so I would prefer the autograph be on the inside/backside with the artists signature !!! I never wear any of my masks…so I wouldn’t have to worry about it wearing off !!! 
It depends on the mask. If its special and not gonna wear it around the neck area.

I have the signatures put on the inside. I usually have them sign a mask that I wont wear.
Inside the mask, sealed in of course so it won’t rub off.
I would have it inside.
I prefer inside as well.
No brainer, inside for sure. My masks are worn for pics only, therefore, sweat and other things of that nature are no worry. I always take the extra step of having it sealed in, to make sure that the signature is there for the life of the mask.

I noticed it’s what ever the person wants to do:)Some prefer inside or some prefer outside.I prefer outside where you can see it.And Id rather use a really accurate mask on halloween and Id get my really nice accurate mask signed I wouldn’t get a cheap not accurate mask signed.
I like them on the inside, for display pieces it won’t get rubed off.
That said the KH/DW’s look good with the gold sig’s displayed on the outside!

i’m really not sure. in some ways i would prefer the inside so it still looks normal when you want to wear it but in other ways i prefer outside because alot of the times signatures look awesome on masks, especially scream masks, like across the forehead they look awesome so i really don’t know, lol!

Exactly what I was going to say…On the inside for sure…Ive seen mask with sig’s all over the face and just dont like it…I think it takes away from the look of the mask and when its on the inside you keep the look while at the same have those precious signatures…I also think it could hold more value…Some people might be turned off by writing all over a great looking mask but jump when they know the inside is loaded with signatures…Provide pics of the mask being signed and your gravy…Or you could always display these pictures around the mask that is signed…In any event its whatever floats your boat but for me its the inside on all mask, hocks included:wink: …Later guys
What makes for a good sealant, to use for sig on the inside so they wont come off?
