Its on the inside of a Michael Myers mask that has “Falcon International Pictures 1978” across the seam. Any info is appreciated.

Would help if we could see the mask itself. Without that, I’m guessing it’s probably a Cinema Secrets Resurrection that was converted into an H20 by Gary Mongar. He was doing a lot of those conversions, back in the day.
