DPS Ghost Skull or Traditional Skull Halloween III related

I didn’t know there was a difference…but, there is. For Halloween III I think they might have painted them more whiter. I got this from another collector yesterday and the difference is HUGE! These are both 1967 large Skulls, both MINTY MINTY! One is from the 1970’s and it’s white, regular white and the other is from the early 1980’s and it’s whiter…ghostly white. The Ghost White Skull almost glows it’s so white! That is what they MUST have used for Halloween III…it just fits the set better; almost florescent much like the Witch and Pumpkinhead.

Oh, they had to use large masks. The Pumpkinhead is large, Hagatha is large due to the mask and hood and the larger Skull fits in…it flows together. When they released the masks in 1982/83 they used the smaller snaggle tooth Skull; it too small and doesn’t fit the flow of the other 2 masks due to their size.

Wow, what a difference? Love the look of it and definitely need to get one of these.
