Dr. Loomis wearable mask?

I have seen a few busts but never seen a wearable Loomis. I always wanted one though for Halloween and maybe go around with a friend as Myers and Loomis. So anyone ever make one, or did Don Post ever do one? Who makes the current busts and are there anyones that would fit over a mannequin head? I want to do a life-sized of Loomis one day.

Don Post never made one. There have only been a few nicely done Loomis masks or busts. I think the most popular was the Lee Romaire one. That one was very limited and never sold to the public. I believe Phil Nichols made the first Loomis mask I can remember around 10 years ago. At any rate, all of them have been full masks or busts with eye inserts. I don’t know why there hasn’t been an acutual Loomis wearable mask made. I also don’t know why there has never been a bust of Nick Castle made that you could put your Myers mask on for display purposes. A lot of this stuff has been talked about but never materialized.

Odd that not one has been made to wear. I would want one.

I seem to remember someone converting the romaire Doc bust into a wearable mask and posting costume shots. There was another that was made to wear that is in the gallery, but it’s nothing to write home about.

Thanks for the link that looks great. Mask must be huge or the guy is really skinny lol. Yeah I always wondered why no Loomis masks, maybe just us die-hard fans want them? Most regular fans only want to be Myers.

I think dueldtruckdriver had an old loomis mask…

I had purchased a Lee Romaire Doc about 7 years ago and had Kelly Mann convert it into a wearable mask for me. It is a very nice piece but had cost me a fortune to purchase one. I have held on to it since and found a labcoat to go along with it in case I ever did wear it out along with a Myers. In my opinion, I was not too impressed with the other Doc’s out there as they did not look as authentic as Lee Romaire’s copy which was a very limited piece. I had a slit put in the back of mine and eyes you could actually see through when wearing the mask and a touchup paint job. Thanks to Kelly who does awesome work out there as he has worked on several of my pieces. I highly recommend. Kevin

I have the other wearble Lee R Loomis mask. Most of the people that got on board chose to have the mask as a display mask.
