For me, it’s either got to be when michael stabs the nurse in the back and lifts her off the ground, or the scene where he slowly appears out of the darkness behind another nurse in Dr mixters office and stabs the needle into her temple.

Budd. Purely because it’s quick and silent and it plays out in the background while Karen is oblivious.

Jill and Janet’s deaths were the most memorable. I think the Janet one was actually directed by Carpenter, it’s the most stylish, the Jill one though is the one in the film that best personifies the series.
Alice’s death would come after those two, great jump scare.
