Hey guys. I’ve been hugely interested in watching the Halloween 5 Thornless Cut by PhineasBG for a long time, however I can’t find any download links or anything. There’s disclaimers saying I can’t download it unless I own the original film on DVD, which of course I do, but no links.
What’s the deal? Did Phineas make this only availiable through him via DVD? I just want to watch it online, I’m so curious to see it!

I’ve been curious about this edit. Halloween 5 seems to get more difficult to sit through, every year. 
I have it on disk somewhere, I’ll see if I can find it and upload it to Rapidshare.

It’s decent, nothing thrilling, no extra scenes, just the thorn stuff and man in black taken out with an insert of the real Myers house in place of the count chocula castle

I’m going to look for it tonight, I’m pretty sure I know where it is. I’ll try to upload it after I watch my Ringu blu-ray.
EDIT: I found it. it’s going to be a big upload though at 5.14 GB, so I’ll upload it while I sleep and post the link on Sunday.

Is that the video file or the full DVD? Cause I only wanna see the video file, haha. Even if I wanted to burn it to a DVD, I don’t have any DVD’s over 4.7GB! Wow, that’s a huge file… can’t you compress it? Say, to H.264?
I can compress it sure, it’ll take longer, so give me a deadline by Wednesday, as I use my PC for movie watching, so I’ll have to let it run while I sleep to encode it (it doesn’t take that long, but I wake up a lot while I sleep).
Not a problem, no deadline so don’t feel the need to rush cause like I say I’m more than thankful for you doing it. Just reply here or PM me when it’s done and I’ll watch it! Again, thank you!
Also if you could, could you make the filetype an .avi? Good quality and not a massive file type
Just name the file size you’d be happy with and I’ll compress it to that.

Looks like I was wrong about the file size, before I combined the four .vob files the last file was 517 MB, so the file size is closer to 3.5, so it’ll be easier to compress, I’ll get on that tonight after I watch Halloween to start my October right.
