Finished reworking a Mint 75

Got this in from a friend, stripped it down and went to town. Enjoy!

It looks great! Nice work

Looks awesom man and glad your enjoying it take good care of that bad boy :axe: Heck even in my opinion that paint work looks as good as Colin Maynes

The paint work looks fantastic! Great job! Did you do the eye cuts as well?

I dont know y but I get a very Dennis Beckstrom vibe from how this mask looks. It looks great!

You are right Brent… That’s the first thing I thought of too  Great job!

Very nice!!!

Yet again Addison, your work amazes me…great job bro :sunglasses:

awesome work bro…I love the paint …Its off the chain

No he didnt that use to be my old copy those eyecuts were all Nik

Excellent mask!! Very nice work on the paint and the hair. When you “rework” a mask obviously you can remove old hair, but with the paint do you just paint over the old, or is there a realistic way to remove any old paint without damaging the mask itself? Just wondering because i was thinking of trying it myself, but dont want to ruin what i already have.

nice job man

I agree there is a Beckstrom vibe to this mask. Looks awesome!!!

ADD SOME FESH TONES AND THAT MASK IS MONEY.

LOOKS FREAKIN AWSOME THO!

Amazing job you did there Addison.

It really is creepy how much this Mint looks like a DB2 now :open_mouth:
Great Job Man! Love the hairing.

Can’t you just go over the old paint with new?

The easiest way is to just do a latex base coat over the existing paint and then paint over that as you would if you were starting a new mask. However, I always scrub as much away with paint thinner as i can, and then do my paint job over that.

Thanks for answering my question guys, i really appreciate it. And once again, Great job on your mask!! :drinkers:

Nice work!
