Hello!
I don’t have too much experience with altering the eyes of masks, but it would be helpful to mark out where you want to cut out the eyes with a marker that can easily be wiped off.
You can cut the eyes with some small scissors that have a curved tip and smooth out any rough edges with a slow-moving dremel.
