Fixing ToTs Myers Hairline?

What’s a good way to fix the hairline on a ToTs mask? The way the hair is attached it’s forms a flat band at the hairline. This doesn’t look right.

Should I cut some hair from the backside and glue it over the flat band area?

Pull it off, trim the glued area off then glue the hair while it’s pointed forward then you brush it back

The way I did it was leave the hair on, but just simply pull it down onto the forehead, and use tacky glue.

Can you post a picture of your mask showing how you fixed the hairline?

Ok, here you go. I’m not sure how well it comes through in the pictures, but basically what I did was just pinch some of the hair, and simply bend it down onto the forehead and glue it down with tacky glue. Then, just take another pinch of hair beside it, and do the same thing. Just keep doing that until you get the entire hair line glued down.

I also folded the hairline over and glued on my 78.

Yep that’s exactly what I did on mine as well. I used liquid latex and just pulled the hair forward to create the new hairline. Works great and looks good.

How were you able to tame the hair? The hair on my ‘78 is all over the place and I want to style it like in the movie. Thanks!
