For Sale: “1981” By James Tiernan (Not “The Jerk”)
The “1981” is a 1975 Don Post Studios Captain Kirk replica mask converted into Myers H2 style. It’s an original sculpt by James Tiernan derived from the William Shatner lifecast. Not to be confused with “The Jerk” which is a completely different sculpt with different origins, also by James Tiernan. I’m selling it because it turned yellow (see the pic in front of the green wall) I haven’t had anything done to it so it remains original. Only 3 ever made and I’m the Original owner of this one. Worn only once, (yes it’s weareable but it’s on the smaller side so it fits me tight) Size is 23 1/2" Thick pull. Kept away from sunlight and away from smoke. Also kept inside an acrylic case. $320 Shipped in the U.S. Feel free to ask any questions on time.
