Hey guys, I decided I want to buy an indie mask. I was looking for suggestions of an H1 or H2 looking mask around $300-350 or less. I really don’t like the look of the Sinister Studio. I like the Nightowl Creep as well and the H2SM that’s made by DRM (I believe). I’d like to hear what you guys suggest, thanks!
The Creep is what you want, but it’s what you look for in the masks accuracy
I really liked the h2sm to be honest as well. But I really don’t know if I want a heavily-weathered Halloween 2 mask or a clean original like The Creep. I really like both though, and I want something close to the original mask, something that looks accurate to the hero mask.
even if, some of the creep masks don’t please me to look at to be honest. some of them look really inaccurate. idk though
**_I know what you mean. The older creeps, especially the 2010-2011 are in my opinion, the golden years for the nightowl creeps. Every copy looked decent if not, really good, and the copies tend to be consistent too.
I am not a huge fan of the newer creeps, but I can say for certain that if you get one rehauled by someone like Jimmy Falco, it will look magnificent. You can just buy a nightowl shat which is a creep but with Kirk eyes and is a blank, and send it to the artist of your choice.
Father Phantom Studios Spectre is amazing. Look into a Chris Morgan’s WMP Masks. Those are great masks for the price. There are so many great artists out there I don’t think I can name them all haha. Those are some examples of some great masks at near or around the price range you are looking for.

I saw a lot of people getting their shats rehauled by James Carter, but i dont know how much that would cost. I feel like the Spectre looks nice but the sculpt is missing many details or something. i havent seen chris morgan’s masks though.
There are a lot of good masks in that price range or a tad higher. GKY, SS78, Creep, H1SM/H2SM, 75K, 75K Castle, etc.
i kinda like the h2sm to be honest. rowland kelly does an excellent job
James Carter charged around $200 for overhaul.
If you buy a Nightowl Shat overhauled by James Carter, you will be expected to pay $1,000 second hand.

$375 is kinda steep. anything around $300 could you suggest?

This was my H1SM, I sold this a long time ago.
HouseofHorrorPro sells some great masks, his “Unleashed 78” goes for $300, hope to get a mask from him some day.
If you want to stay around $300, I would definitely say go for a H1SM or H2SM.
Speaking of indie mask. My favorites I own are my (2) Warlocks (regular and blood tears) by CGP. I have recently had the urge to add a new H1 mask to the collection. Last time I tried to contact Chris Morgan was about two years ago, and he told me to get back to him in 6 months because he was too busy to start anything new. Is that still about the average wait time for most indie mask artists these days? Heck, with that being the minimum average, at that rate I might not even be guaranteed to have it by this Halloween.
Yeah I might look into those, they both look awesome but I don’t know which one i like more. I think i’m leaning towards the H2SM lol.
